Camping and Abseiling at Harrison's Rocks

Troop 401 headed to Birchden Wood near Tunbridge Wells for a weekend of camping, wild camping skills and abseiling. We met at St. John's Wood Tube Station to travel by tube, train and taxi to get to the campsite. At Birchden, we worked on campsite selection, tent placement and setup, practiced putting up the tarps, practiced knots, etc. It was too wet for climbing unfortunately, but we spent Saturday afternoon abseiling off Harrison's Rocks.
