Wilderness and Remote First Aid

Congratulations to our newest Wilderness and Remote First Aid certified scouts!

We spent a weekend at Paccar Scout Camp learning about the practices that go way beyond what many already know as “first aid.” Wilderness First Aid training provides us with the training needed to cope with medical emergencies in the wild and what to do when help is more than a few minutes away. This is in preparation for our upcoming Philmont trek.
