Berchtesgaden

Our annual fall hike in the alps took us to Berchtesgaden, Germany this year. Over four days, we hiked around the beautiful Königssee and visited the Eagle's Nest (Kehlsteinhaus).

Our hikes took us up 1,000+ meters for some truly amazing views. We were incredibly lucky with the weather with sunny, blue skies and warm temperatures. The leaves are turning color for the season and were gorgeous.

After our spring trip to the beaches of Normandy, and following in the footsteps of Easy Company and the Band of Brothers, we ended our hiking with a visit to Hitler's Eagle's Nest.
