Troop 401 and Pack 175 are part of the Mayflower District of the Transatlantic Council (TAC)
of the Boy Scouts of America. Since 1994, TAC Boy Scouts have gathered every three years
at the Normandy D-Day landing sites for a camporee to remember those who have sacrificed
so much for our freedom and liberty. We spent three days touring various sites around the
region. Our Webelos IIs crossed over to the Boy Scouts and two Eagle Scouts were
recognized at a ceremony on Omaha Beach.
